About Us

We provide birthday party packages for underpriveleged children and their families.

We knew we wanted to make a change in our community, but there weren’t many opportunities to help us get started. Then, a youth venture presentation came to our school, and informed us on what we could do. This presentation made us want to give back to the community. We all love children and thought birthday parties would be the perfect way to give needy kids what they deserve.
We are a group of six high school girls who believe that we can put smiles on children's faces one party at a time. By providing party packages to families with financial struggles, we will prove that the youth really can make a difference in their community.
To remain self-sustaining, we will provide the same party pakcages to families in our town who can afford them and will be willing to donate money to our cause.

How does your group impact your community?

We put smiles back on children's faces one party at a time.

How many people have been impacted by your group?

Families and their friends in the surrounding communities that have either just learned about our venture have purchased, or have been given a party package.

What we really enjoy about being young changemakers is...

Seeing the joy in the children and the relief of the parents when they find out that they will, in fact, have the birthday party the deserve.

What other youth networks are you involved in? What other websites do you belong to, other youth organizations, etc.?

After recieving a $900 grant from youth venture, we also made a presentation to SESL and recieved a $300 grant. SESL is an organization that supports young change makers and, like youth venture, gives grants to the groups in order to help them reach their goals.

3 Month Survey

Describe your recent Venture activities. What have you accomplished since selection?

We just had a fundraiser at our local memorial day soccer tournament and we were able to raise about $250 in just 2 days! We have also been distributing many more packages to families in need of a birthday party.

Have you faced any difficulties? Were you able to solve them? If so, how? If not, what would have been helpful to you?

We have been very successful and have accomplished a lot in the past few months and thankfully, we have done it with little or no difficulties.

What upcoming plans do you have for your Venture? How will your Venture continue to benefit the community?

In the next few months we will continue to raise money from fundraisers and our profitable party packages in order to purchase our non-profit party packages.

Describe your relationship with your Ally and your Partner Organization.

Our ally helps us with organizing and setting up meetings with coordinators from different organizations. She is very helpful to us and we appreciate her time and support. Recently, our ally won the best ally award at the celebration in Gardner, Massachusetts and that just proves how wonderful she really is.
